Plymouth in the 60s
Plymouth, like Coventry and Exeter, was heavily bombed in the War. As a result, the City was redeveloped quite extensively in the 50s and 60s.
One of the most impressive examples of Plymouth's 60s architecture is the Civic Centre, left. Now listed, this building is a superb example of the style of this period.
